From time to time, Lumé VZN may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Lumé VZN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier.

Lumé VZN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
For additional support, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
