Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and tags

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Customer provides return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lumevznhelp@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
